Description
The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user veie called "Lavalike" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". On our website there are enough recipes thin pitas and mini-pitas (of Lavrikov), but I chose this recipe for the coloring is no accident. This recipe I really liked initially - choux dough (it I've always liked and never failed), in the dough - just flour, salt, water and vegetable oil, it seems to me that it should be, yogurt, butter - Yes, it's probably delicious, but in these thin pitas these ingredients are not present (specially looked in the shops for staff interested in the Internet). And finally, the presence of sesame and ginger, which gave a spicy touch to pitas. Very tasty and a great idea of replacing bread.

Cooking
To the flour add salt, ginger, sesame seeds, mix thoroughly. Add vegetable oil, stir.
Then, add only boiling water and quickly mix up the dry mixture to the flour brewed whole. And with a spoon and hands, quickly knead the dough. It's hot, but not to such an extent that you could burn yourself. The author of the original recipe warns that if this process will be slow, lavalike will be dry and brittle. I did everything very quickly - I they turned out great. Between the photo in the first step, and an interval of 1.5 minutes. The dough was not very steep, but very elastic and does not stick to hands. Put the dough in a bowl, cover with a towel and give it a little rest and cool down. I have 10 minutes rest.
Then tear off small pieces of dough and roll out on floured table, very subtly, to try in the form of a circle. If not, then I'll trim my already rolled.
You can even sprinkle sesame seeds (can be done in the first step is not to add sesame seeds to the flour, and make it so) and "rolled" it with a rolling pin.
Heat the pan and bake lavalike on a DRY pan (without oil) on medium heat on both sides until the characteristic form of the finished pitas. First I roasted on one pan, then adapt quickly to roll and began to bake on two pans, as recommended by the author. I can only say that I am not warmed second pan, and I have it long lay the first lovasik - it turned out dry and brittle. Pan should be hot!
Ready lavalike folding a pile and cover with a towel so they don't dry out. When cool, transfer them in p/e package. Outdoors they dry quickly. From this number of products I got 12 small Lavrikov.
Lavalike can be used instead of bread,
For example, I was served with mushroom soup http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/524 68/.
They can be folded in half and put inside the stuffing - fresh vegetables and herbs, ham, cheese, etc. Bon appetit!
