Biscuit with cherries
Very tasty and easy dish to tea. Tender and a little crispy batter, soaked in the aroma and the juice of cherries (the filling can be any, Your choice). Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    55 g

  • Cherry

    500 g

Cooking

In water to dissolve the sugar and salt. Pour the flour mixed with baking powder, add the oil and knead the dough.

Leave it till clean berries.

Then roll it into the reservoir larger in diameter than the pie, and place on a baking sheet.

Put on the center of the cherries and sprinkle with sugar, leaving a single spoon.

Close the edges of the pie dough, to keep open the middle and sprinkle the remaining sugar on the dough (I forgot to do this).

To cover an open middle with a circle of foil and bake the biscuits at 180C for 30-40 minutes.
