Very tender dough and unusual toppings. Tasty and fast, without spending much time and products... as always!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Sugar

    260 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Lemon peel

    0.5 tsp

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    1.5 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    2 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Jam

    5 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Make the dough. Egg RUB with sugar, butter, room temperature, grated lemon zest.

Add the flour, knead it, then add a spoonful of brandy and stir again.

Mix the ground nuts with the cocoa powder, sugar, cinnamon (a little for flavor), add eggs one at a time – the mixture should be thick! (I took two eggs of the small size)

Send the cake back into the oven and bake for 40 minutes. Sprinkle the finished cake lightly with powdered sugar
