Filler pie with vegetables
I think that such a pie is known to all, but I did it for the first time and we loved it. Don't scold for simplicity!

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Flour

    15 Tbsp

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Salt

Fry the minced meat add onion, carrot, salt.

Make the dough: mix the sour cream (milk, yogurt), mayonnaise, eggs, salt. Add the flour and baking powder. It turns out that kind of dough.

And now the second part of our toppings - grate the potatoes.

Now "collect" our pie: in a greased form pour half of dough. On top put half of the grated potatoes. Top - stuffing. The second half of the potato. Finally, the remaining half of the dough.

Bake in heated to 180 degrees. the oven for about 30-40 minutes. check the Readiness with a match. BON APPETIT!
