Cooking

step-0
So: first prepare pileski. If fillets are large, then cut it in half. And if not ,how would it cut in half, but not until the end, and expandable as the owner (on the top photo I did). Pileski good beats (they were fine), salt, pepper + seasoning to taste.
step-1
Take mushrooms (the number of prepared and repulsed filesec), clean them, separate the legs from hats. Separately, fry in butter (can be in a mixture of butter and vegetable)mushroom caps on both sides and legs sliced mushrooms. Sprinkle with salt and pepper them. Now we need another omelet (or pancakes thin). I decided to stay on the omelette(for this I took 2 eggs + a little milk, salt and pepper. Well plumped and fried small omlette (that was small, I tablespoon slowly poured the mixture for the omelet in the pan until the value omlette did not work for me). The size of the omelette should be about the size of a repulsed pileski, but if you get a little more, that's fine. The evenness of the edges of the omelet, too, doesn't matter. Such a sack which see the omelette (or pancake) will look even more beautiful.
step-2
Now forming our bag: to do this, take filisko, put on top of the omelet. In the centre lay the mushroom (the cap). Now put on top of slightly fried mushrooms (these are our legs), a slice of tomato and a slice of cheese.
step-3
And turn it all into a pouch. Top fasten with toothpicks. In a pan heat the oil (I used butter and vegetable oil), fry the pouches under the lid, about 5 minutes. They are a little old (the photo shows). Flip the pouches is not necessary, they are fried on one side only. Although this procedure can roast and skip. Put the bags in a fireproof dish.
step-4
Put in oven or microwave and bring to readiness. I used the microwave (set for 10 minutes). These are the bags we have. Before serving, remember to pull the toothpicks, they are no longer needed, because the bags already keep a good shape. And here (bottom photo) they look in the cut.
