Description

I love recipes that are passed from mouth to mouth, the so-called "word fair". Usually this is not a fancy holiday meal, and something very simple on a daily basis. This recipe was just like that. I told a friend that told a friend that supposedly saw this dish on TV... Can you imagine how it changed the recipe for all those talks! Prepared from basic ingredients, and it turns out VERY tasty!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Bread crumbs

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

step-0
The potatoes are cut into plate - I got 4 slices from each potato. Plates of cheese (I had fused) should be approximately the right size for sliced potatoes. Egg, lightly beat and season with a little salt.
step-1
Now forming "sandwiches". A piece of potato, put the platelets of cheese and cover with potatoes. Now dip in egg, coat in breadcrumbs and... in the pan! Someone said that it is better to roll in netherton grated slightly stale bread. But this bread I didn't have...
step-2
Once the potatoes browned on both sides - you're done! Very quick and even tasty! Simple, cheap, cheerful! :-D you Can simply with tomato-cucumber, or as a side dish for meat-fish. In General, the options are many!
