Description
The idea for this recipe was inspired in China, however, there was a carp. But I think salmon this dish even tastier. Prepared quickly, it turns a full dinner. Besides, this salad is quite possible to prepare in permitted days during Lent.

Cooking
Take salmon steaks (salmon, trout). I have a chum.
Make a marinade. With orange remove the peel, squeeze the juice, add the soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil. Stir.
Take half of marinade and fill them with the steak, leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
For convenience, the form with foil and put the steaks, put in heated to 200 degrees oven and bake 15 minutes. The main thing - do not overdry it!
While baked steak, thinly shinkuem cabbage and carrots. I carrots rubbed on a grater.
Add to the cabbage and carrots arugula, you can add any salad mix and herbs as desired.
On the plate put a "pillow" made from vegetables.
Meanwhile the salmon is ready.
Spread baked salmon steak on vegetable cushion, optional salt and pepper, pour the remaining orange marinade, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bon appetit!
