Infusion of plums
Original and tasty drink. If there is a plum, a little time and a drop of patience, I recommend to try.

Ingredients

  • Drain

    2 l

  • Sugar

    1 l

  • Water

    2 cup

Plums wash, dry and clean from the bones, lay in a jar

Sprinkle them with sugar,

Add water (can be 1 Cup) and stir until the sugar is dissolved - this process can take 1-2 days, do not hurry. Before fermentation, the ingredients must be well and slowly "make friends".

Then make a shutter, I find it easier just to do it with rubber gloves (one finger to make a hole with a needle) to put the glove on the jar and wrap the tape, and it can break.

Leave in a dark place, over time the glove will fill with air and "stand", then it will completely fall - ready. This process 1-1.5 months.

Filter to try. My brandy is great in the apartment in the pantry for the second year (left a bit in order to experiment :)) the Taste is quite sweet and sugar you can put less, but I prefer this ratio. Good luck!
