Sour soup in chicken broth
I'm not a big fan of beef broth, and soups based on it... Decided to replace the beef (mom's recipe) to the chicken and add the celery mushrooms. And combined with homemade sauerkraut-fire dish! Stolen tradition and to dedicate this dish to a wonderful woman, kind, sympathetic, humorous... And so on! Aleksandra_kapush! baby! Don't be sad! Greetings to you from Zurich summer!

Ingredients

  • Sauerkraut

    3 handful

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • The chicken legs

    3 piece

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    4 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

Cooking

Boil the broth from the chicken legs. How do you do it, then learn not to be. To simmer and remove the foam. Add the Bay leaf.

Remove the chicken and take apart. Slice meat and return to broth. Cut potatoes into small cubes and the broth. Cook everything on low heat. Add finely chopped sauerkraut. Saute the onion, celery, carrot and half the bell pepper.

Add the finely chopped mushrooms. Saute until soft

All pour in the broth. Cook until tender. And 5 minutes before end of cooking the soup, squeeze the garlic. Turn off the stove. Cover soup with a lid and allow to stand for 15 minutes, all! Can be served! I always cook in the evening this soup. In the morning it is delicious! If you want the hangover!
