Appetizer
Delicious, easy to prepare appetizer with a glass of wine. For any holiday.

Ingredients

  • Juice

    50 ml

  • Semi-dry red wine

    50 ml

  • Gelatin

    8 g

  • Beef liver

    200 g

  • Chicken fillet

    100 g

  • Walnuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soft cheese

    2 Tbsp

  • Pepper

    3 piece

  • Spices

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

50 ml of cranberry juice mixed with 50 ml. of wine and 2 tbsp sugar. Heat to dissolve the sugar. Plate of gelatine to soak, give to swell. Squeeze. Add in the juice of wine.

Pour it into moulds and put in the freezer to complete solidification.

Draw your attention to products, then to avoid unnecessary questions. Peppers pre-cook in the oven or on the fire, clean. To grind a convenient way for you. Liver, chicken, pre-cooked carrots!
