Cheese rolls with salmon and avocado cream and mayonnaise from Mahe. Simple and elegant, for every day and festive table.

Ingredients

  • Dutch cheese

    150 g

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salmon

    100 g

1. Avocado peel, remove the seeds, put in blender, add lemon juice, black pepper, grind into a puree. Then add mayonnaise, mix well.
