Cooking
In the preparation of pate and cheese roll we will use the semolina TM "Mistral".
Chicken liver cleaned from films and fry with chopped onions for about 5 minutes, add the 1st. L. semolina TM "Mistral", garlic powder, salt, thyme, ground walnuts and nutmeg, pour 100g of cream and saute for 5-7 minutes.
Pre-cooked chicken breast and the prepared liver grind in a blender into a homogeneous mass.
Whip the remaining cream until thick and mix with the pate. If necessary - salt. Turns out tender liver cream.
Prepare cheese roll - beat egg yolks, add grated processed cheese, mayonnaise, 2 tbsp semolina TM "Mistral" - it will give a special tenderness to the loaf mix. Add whipped into foam proteins, gently stir.
Baking paper grease and it is ready to pour the batter. Take the baking tray 20*30cm. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
On a warm crust put half of the liver of the cream, wrap the roll in plastic wrap and put into the refrigerator for impregnation for 2 hours.
Then lubricate the entire surface of the roll remaining liver cream with a fork to put furrows in the bark of a tree, you can sprinkle the sweet paprika, and place in the form of Christmas log.
