The language of battered paprika
Flavorful, juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside, suitable for home table and as a snack on nature. Very tasty!

Ingredients

  • The language of pork

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Soy sauce

    100 ml

  • Paprika sweet

    2 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Time, excluding the time spent on the cooking language. Boil the tongue. I do it this way: put it in cold water (the tabs I have a medium size) and give to boil, when the water boils, cook 5 minutes and then drained the water. Language my and again put on to cook. Whisk it with pepper and 3 tbsp of soy sauce.

In a third bowl mix the semolina with paprika.

Dip each piece of language first in the batter,

again in the batter.

Gently put in pan with preheated butter and fry on both sides until crisp.
