Cooking
Time, excluding the time spent on the cooking language. Boil the tongue. I do it this way: put it in cold water (the tabs I have a medium size) and give to boil, when the water boils, cook 5 minutes and then drained the water. Language my and again put on to cook. Pour the soy sauce in a separate Cup. And soak in it slices of tongue for 15 minutes.
In another Cup of the egg.
Whisk it with pepper and 3 tbsp of soy sauce.
In a third bowl mix the semolina with paprika.
The batter and breading ready.
Dip each piece of language first in the batter,
Gently put in pan with preheated butter and fry on both sides until crisp.
It is very very tasty. Just melts in your mouth! You can grab ready with the nature,
and you can take a marinated and fried in the fresh air!
