Description
Made on the principle of the grated pie, but, unlike the grated cakes on the website, proteins are not baked on top, and added to the stuffing. The cake turns out very tender, in a sealed container stored for a long time (and it only gets more delicious).

Cooking
Beat 3 egg yolks with the sugar, soft margarine, vanilla sugar. Add the flour and baking powder. The amount of flour written about, you should be able roscovitine dough (see photo).
Rhubarb peel, cut into pieces. Apple also cut into pieces (I like the Apple felt so shallow it does not crumble). 3 protein, beat with a pinch of salt, gradually adding 150 g of sugar until a homogeneous viscous mass. Mix the rhubarb, apples and raisins with beaten egg whites.
Divide the dough into 2 parts, one part pour first layer (the grater is not necessary, grind hands), gently pressing crumbs, then filling, and again the crumb of the dough (the top layer of nail is not necessary).
Bake in heated oven at 190-200* for 30-40 minutes. After baking sprinkle with sugar or powdered sugar (optional).
