Description
The signature dish of the South of Italy-calzone-flavored filling. The recipe comes from W La "Delicious and easy". Insanely sweet dough, stuffed with cheese, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms, and the aroma of Basil and hovering in the air. Cakes without exaggeration just melt in your mouth...

Cooking
Sift the flour with salt and baking powder.Butter cut into cubes and mix with flour into crumbs.
Make a deepening in the middle and pour 120 ml of milk.Knead a soft dough, adding if necessary some more milk.
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead until elastic.Roll into two circles with a diameter of 15 cm.
Spread half of both circles tomato paste(can with ketchup).
Cherry cut into slices, mushrooms plates(if large, then diced).Mix tomatoes, cheese,Basil, garlic and mushrooms.I do not advise to use frozen mushrooms, because when the food is thawed they can give extra fluid, then the filling will be too runny.
The cheese I used Almette cottage cheese with garlic
Spread mixture on oiled halves of the test.Beat egg.Lubricate the edges of the dough with egg.Fold in half and join the edges tightly.
Grease pies with the remaining egg, prick the center with a fork.Bake in a preheated oven at a temperature 220S 20-25 min.
