Bagels with jam
Gentle rolls with your favorite jam and a crispy crust. Sugar bugs - the perfect complement to tea or coffee. Besides, it's a very economical recipe!

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    1 pack

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Yeast

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Jam

Melt the margarine and cool.

Heat the milk, add to warm! (not hot) milk, yeast and 1 tablespoon sugar and put on 5-10 minutes in a warm place.

Beat the egg, add margarine and stir. Then pour in margarine and milk, gradually add flour.

Knead the dough and leave for 30 minutes in a warm place.

Divide it into 4 parts.

Here we will need a half Cup of flour. Sprinkle a portion of flour, roll out the dough, cut into 12 equal parts. Every part of a tea spoon to spread the jam and tighten wire. If jam will be a lot, it will emerge.
