I love these pancakes! Simple proportions for the test that produces a lot of air, juicy, delicate sweetie! No lumps, they are always perfect!

Cooking
Mix the milk, eggs, salt, sugar. Gradually add the flour and vanilla, mix until smooth dough. Boil some water and continuing to stir, pour in the batter. Leave for 10 minutes.
In the slightly cooled dough, add the yeast. I have tried a lot fast. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Then pour oil, mix well.
Bake in a hot pan, pouring a little of the dough to make it just a little bit to cover the pan.
Pancakes are not torn, good turns and get a very perforated.
I love eating straight from the pan, hot and crispy! If you don't like crunchy pancakes, just cover them with a plate and they will become soft and tender.
For topping pour into the pan the sugar. Fire average.
When the sugar melts, add sliced bananas.
Turn over and sprinkle with cinnamon.
You can put bananas on pancakes and twist roll.
