Egg porridge with Perilla
Perfect porridge for colds.

Ingredients

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Greens

    0.5 coup

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Water

    3.5 cup

Cooking

Pour the desired amount of rice.

Washed the rice. Then pour the rice in the pan and fill with water in the ratio 1:7. Cook for 40min. on melanom fire.

Finely chop the breast.

Add it to the porridge and mix well.

Cut the Perilla.

In a bowl with a broken egg adding Perilla, salt and pepper. Whisk with a fork.

Add 5 tbsp of rice cereal in a bowl and mix well.

Pour the mixture into the pot of porridge. Mix well.
