Shrimps in Japanese style
Delicious prawns sauteed in a wok with a delicious garlic-ginger sauce. Delicious in hot or cold.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    750 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Ginger

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

Garlic and ginger minced, the pepper cut into strips, fry in vegetable oil in a wok for 1-2 minutes.

Add peeled shrimp, tails left untreated, then it is easier to eat. Together fry for another 2 -3 minutes.
