Another casserole recipe without flour and semolina. More delicate and refined - with protein-nutty coating!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Sour cream

    500 g

  • Milk

    100 g

  • Pudding vanilla

    2 pack

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Yolk egg

    4 piece

  • Egg white

    4 piece

  • Almonds

    50 g

  • Blueberries

    250 g

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

  • Vanilla sugar

Mix the cheese, sour cream, dry pudding, softened butter, sugar, egg yolks, vanilla sugar while Continuing to whisk, gradually pour in the milk until a homogeneous liquid mass is sufficient.
