Mushrooms stuffed
A very tasty dish. Yum! Suitable for the festive table.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    9 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Mushrooms to clean and wash. To separate the cap from the legs.

Cut the stem of mushrooms. Grate the carrots on a grater.

Fry carrots in oil for 5 minutes.

Add legs of field mushrooms and cook for another 3 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper, mix well.

Salt the mushroom caps and stuff with filling.

Cheese to grate and sprinkle the stuffed mushrooms. Put mushrooms in oven and bake 25 minutes at a temperature of 190.
