While the store was meat for dinner, stood next to a pair of venerable age, I overheard the following conversation, the wife asked the husband: "how do you look, if instead of a chicken on Monday, we take our meat of the day?" I thought it was funny, apparently they have a lot of years some sort of tradition, so buying meat, I don't know what I would do, but knew it will be called ))) Everything is cooked very easily, but it's delicious. The meatballs simmer in red wine with honey and make a sauce of boiled eggs and ground almonds with garlic.

Cooking
1 large onion RUB on a large grater. To ground beef add salt, pepper (to taste), grated onion, squeeze the garlic (1-2 leave for sauce), 1 tsp honey, 2 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp mix of dried herbs (oregano, marjoram, Basil), 1 tsp mustard and grated on a fine grater raw potatoes and 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil mix well and let stand the meat for 30 minutes.
Then shape smaller round balls.
The second onion cut into half rings and fry in a pan, then the onion out and set aside.
Meatball roll in flour and quickly fry to a crisp (where grilled onions), and then shift to the pan or dish with lid.
Meatballs to fill the fried onion and chopped parsley.
In the pan where you fried the meatballs, add the wine and on the fire a little more than average to keep, until the wine has evaporated by 1/3 or half, add honey, water, add Bay leaf, salt, pepper.
