Called me friend and asked for a simple recipe of eggplant. "Chops" - they say. "No, she said, is a long time. To bake, to clean, to beat..." In General, the recipe for my pork chops she made. To be honest, I wasn't planning on posting this recipe so I was sure that all who know him. It's too easy... Peel the eggplant. Cut finely (very important!). Slice thickness must be no thicker than 5 mm. I was using my favourite grater
Eggplant then sprinkle with salt and leave for 10-15 minutes. Whisk eggs (you can just plug). Coat a slice of eggplant in flour, then dip in egg and into the pan.
Fry on both sides over medium heat until Golden brown.
