I want to share with You an interesting recipe. His whole interest lies in one ingredient which is rarely used in salads. Recipe found on another cooking site, only slightly changed his pitch. Thanks to the author. (salad lover)

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sour cream

    6 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 tsp

  • Cucumber

    0.5 piece

Carrots grate on a coarse grater, finely chop the onion and fry together until soft. Eggs to boil. For the sauce: mix the sour cream with soy sauce (here you can focus on your taste).

The author prepared the salad on a common dish, and I decided to give it a La carte. This took the right size a small bowl, put all the layers, and then turned.
