From childhood, I love the combination of buckwheat with egg, because it is very tasty and healthy.

Ingredients

  • Cereals buckwheat

    0.5 cup

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Butter

  • Quail egg

    6 piece

  • Green onions

    1 piece

  • Dill

    3 sprig

  • Salt

Cooking

Flakes pour hot water, cover and let stand 3 minutes. Add the butter and stir. Season with salt to taste.
