Amazing appetizer of guacamole is prepared with avocado, but in combination with white beans, chilli and millet cakes You get a full lean lunch.

Cooking
First we need to cook beans. It is best to soak it overnight, but you can in the morning, the minimum time is 4 hours. Then boil the beans until tender (about 1.5 hours).
While cooking the beans, make the dough for tortillas. It's pretty simple, you need to connect the millet flakes, flour and warm water (150ml). Knead the dough, so it is not sticking to hands.
Cover the dough with a cloth and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
After half an hour roll out the dough into a tourniquet, cut into portions and make small round pellet.
In a pan add olive oil, heat it and fry the tortillas on both sides. They are tender inside but with a nice crust.
Prepare the guacamole - cut avocados in half, a spoon to get the flesh put in a blender along with the beans (leave some for decoration) and add a bit of chili pepper.
If you are not very soft avocado, you can add olive oil (10-15ml), it will help the mixture to become homogeneous and wsbase.
On the cake spread with guacamole and closing them is one of the options.
Or You can put guacomole on the cake and sprinkle with prepared beans. That's all. Hearty, tasty, and incredibly beautiful dinner is ready.
