Buckwheat porridge with mushrooms
Recipe porridge made from buckwheat flakes, mushroom sauce pine nut and parsley.

Ingredients

  • Cereals buckwheat

    2 cup

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Nuts

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Salt

Boil mushrooms and finely chop.

In a cast iron dish and pour the oat flakes and pour the mushroom broth in the desired proportions. Mix well. salt.

Add in the cereal, sliced mushrooms, stir and place in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Pine nuts, chop.

Mix in a bowl vegetable oil, chopped parsley and pine nuts.

When serving, pour dressing buckwheat.
