Bread with fried onions, bacon, Cheddar cheese and herbs de Provence. Share another idea of baking with our Chinese food site. I was interested in the way to use in the recipe of fried onions with bacon, i.e. these ingredients did not mix with the dough and fit into the cuts of the top of the bread. The bread turned out the air with an indescribable aroma of Provencal herbs, and smoked bacon gave the cakes the smell of smoke... Very tasty!

Cooking
I knead the bread using the bread machine - in a bucket put the sifted flour, sugar, salt, egg, yeast, herbes de Provence.
Add warm milk, put the bucket in the breadmaker and include the mode of kneading.
Then shift the dough in a bowl.
Covered with foil and put in warm place to rise.
Bacon also cut into finely diced (I take bacon, cut into thin slices).
In butter fry until Golden brown onions, add bacon, a little fried.
When the dough has doubled, knead it again, cover the bowl with film and put to rise in a warm place.
Again, when the dough will increase in volume by two times, knead it, roll a bit, turn to roll.
Put in a baking dish (I have a silicone mold, so I did not grease). Give the dough to increase in volume twice.
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Do the top test slant cuts with a thin knife, the incisions are placed fried onions and bacon.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake bread in a preheated 180 degree oven for 23-25 minutes. Bon appetit!
