I often make homemade cheese. I took homemade products, but it is possible to use and store. This time I cooked with soy sauce, green onions, and cumin seeds. Herbs and spices can be changed to your liking.
1. Sour cream mixed with eggs and soy sauce.

4. Then a colander covered with cheesecloth, pour the resulting mass. When serum is removed, the gauze tightly to pull received cheese, put in a colander, put colander on a plate, flatten the cheese load, and put into the fridge overnight. Then deploy cheese, cut into slices and serve.
