Cooking
Softened butter, cottage cheese, sugar and vanilla sugar mix. I did it by hand.
Add the flour, wholemeal, baking powder. knead a soft dough. The dough put into the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
For the filling, mix chopped nuts, egg, sugar, vanilla sugar and breadcrumbs.
From the dough shape the meatballs slightly larger than a walnut. Spread on a baking sheet at some distance from each other. In the centre we do deepening.
In deepening put 1 tsp of the stuffing. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
When baking is the wonderful aroma of vanilla nut! Give the liver to cool.
