Cookies a
When I made these cookies for the first time, I thought it will be like sand. Very much they have the similar technology. But it was moderately sweet (sweet tooth, I recommend adding sugar ) as well as chocolate, soft as sponge and crust like sand. Try it, you will not regret.

Ingredients

  • Brown sugar

    1 cup

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

The cold butter to grate and grind flour, vanilla and baking powder. Add the fine sugar TM "Mistral" and stir. Add the egg, sour cream and knead a soft dough. Divide the dough into 2 parts and one vmese cocoa until smooth. Remove in the freezer for about one hour.

As soon as the dough will become very dense to get it and RUB on a coarse grater.

Mix and form with hands balls the size of a walnut or smaller (when baking they are greatly increase ). Put them on a baking sheet at a distance of a little press.

Bake at t= 180-190 of about 25-30 mins until cooked (until dry matches ). Allow to cool or uletaem them warm.
