Tea biscuits
Delicious, crispy, flavorful. Low-fat cookies, on the baking sheet does not spread well keeping in shape and to cook it very quickly. The finished cookies are perfectly stored in a box (if you survive).

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Milk

    30 ml

  • Sugar

    75 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

Softened butter, sugar and vanilla sugar beat with a mixer in a magnificent mass. Add milk and beat again. Add the flour, knead the dough.

The dough will be very soft and plastic, the important thing is not to pour flour. With the press of a syringe to squeeze cookies onto the baking tray. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 7 minutes.

Here I have a syringe and nozzle to it. If no syringe can roll into balls or squeeze with pastry bag.
