Cooking
Asparagus I always pour boiling water and leave overnight. Swollen asparagus cut into small pieces.
Cucumbers cut into rather large strips.
Onions fry in butter with spices, salt.
Mix asparagus, onion, cucumbers, mushrooms, sour cream and mayonnaise (to taste), add the spices give the salad a good soak.
