Porridge with fish and egg
Porridge is rich, full-bodied taste of fish broth. Very balanced cereal for children.

Ingredients

  • Broth

    7 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Green onions

    0.5 coup

  • Sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Salt

    3 Tbsp

  • Sesame

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Nori

    1 piece

  • Fish fillets

Measure the desired amount of rice.

Then washed the rice. Pour into the pan the rice and pour the fish broth in a ratio of 1:7. Cook for 35-40min.

Grind fish fillet. Add to the pan with the porridge.

When the rice porridge is almost ready, start the poached. In a pot of water and add vinegar. The egg in the bowl. With a spoon create a hole in the pan. Then quickly pour the egg into barely simmering water. Leave the egg to simmer for 4min.

Meanwhile, chop the onion.

Spread the cereal in a deep bowl and salt and pepper to taste. Pour soy sauce. Put the poached egg in a bowl. Decorate with seaweed, sesame seeds and green onions. Here and ready!
