Rice porridge with beef
Simple warming porridge suitable for Breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    100 g

  • Cilantro

    0.5 coup

  • Ginger

    2 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Water

    7 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vodka

    2 tsp

  • Sauce

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Wash the rice and moisten in cold water for 10-15min.

Fill with water in the ratio 1:7. Cook for 40min. on melanom fire.

Cut ginger and garlic

Cut the beef into thin strips medium. Then add the ginger, garlic, vodka, fish sauce, salt, pepper and 2 tbsp oil. Marinade for 35min.

Cut the cilantro.

Fry the meat.

Put in a deep plate porridge and beef. Sprinkle top with cilantro. Ready!
