Description
Cheese appetizer or a light dinner. Perfect as an addition to soup. Met once a similar recipe in a cooking magazine, it came to mind, but the original recipe is not found and decided to improvise. Very well!

Cooking
It was exactly three tablespoons of sour cream, added semolina and put aside to semolina swelled.
Finely chop the onion and spasserovat in butter, cool.
Cheese (I got 120g only) RUB on a small grater, add a pinch of dried Basil and thyme, a little pepper and salt, cottage cheese, and unsalted bread crumbs (or make your own from bread) half specified in the recipe portion - about 70-80g. All mash with a fork.
Add to the mixture one beaten with a fork egg, fried onions and a mixture of semolina with sour cream. Mix everything together to make dough.
From the resulting dough make 8 round patties, chill them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Combine the remaining breadcrumbs with parsley (fresh or dry), put the mixture in a wide plate. In a second bowl pour the beaten egg, add 1 teaspoon of cold water. Dip the chilled cheese cakes first in egg, then in crumbs and fry in a deep frying pan with hot vegetable oil until Golden brown.
Kiziki fried place on a paper towel to blot excess fat.
Put on a plate and decorate according to your taste. I used a little tomato paste and marinated mushrooms. This appetizer is great instead of bread to the soup. Hot are rather crumbly product, but at the same time, stretching the cheese. Cold hard to describe what it looks like. Like, not patties, not croquettes, with a pronounced cheese flavor (hence the name). In General, try to determine the taste. I liked it! Bon appetit!
