Cooking
Mushrooms (I had oyster mushrooms) fry onion in oil until tender, yet cools do next
Prepared stuffing mix with chopped greens, salt to taste
Puff pastry (roll)expand the full length and slightly roll out to the width of the rolled out dough on the first layer spread the stuffing with greens
2nd layer - potatoes cleaned from the uniform and grate on a grater
3rd layer-lay out fried mushrooms with onions
4th layer-all liberally covered with grated cheese
Final step-turn all into a roll, one edge need to leave around 7-8cm without filling that would be the end you can seal, transfer to a baking tray greased with oil and put bake in a preheated oven at 220градусах for 30 min.
The result is that such a tender juicy dish in the inside the dough, like in a lasagna, and the top is crisp!
