A delicious salad that I often prepare for the holidays!!!
Ingredients

Potatoes
100 g

Carrots
100 g

Pickled cucumber
100 g

Pork
100 g

Cheese
100 g

Sour cream
2 Tbsp

Soy sauce
1 Tbsp

Garlic
1 tooth

Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp

Vegetable oil
1 Tbsp

Salt
Cooking
For the sauce, mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic and soy sauce
Will rakalite the oil in a pan. Slice the pork finely and fry for 2-3 minutes, just add salt
Boiled potatoes RUB on a grater
Finely chop the pickled cucumber
Raw juicy carrot grate
Put the salad layers: potatoes, cucumber, carrots. Grease each layer with sauce and, if desired, each layer can be salt
On carrots put the cooled meat
Grate on a fine grater cheese. I used "Russian" from Belebeevsky dairy plant
Sprinkle salad with cheese, and serve! Happy new year!
