This recipe came to me quite by accident. I was going to cook the soup in another recipe. But intervened "His Majesty the Case" - had to obey! During the preparation of urgently changed the process of making gnocchi - the original recipe did not like. It happened Winter soup with dumplings, the recipe of which I was allowed to use Masha (masha vet), for which she thanks a lot!

Cooking
These are the vegetables we need. May take longer, as you prefer. Onion finely chopped, carrot, or like a leaf stalk leeks-finely onion, celery in small cubes, parsley root I left in one piece. Garlic can be a whole or skip through the press.
It is better to cook at once in a wide saucepan. Since I have such, no, I was roasted in a frying pan, then transferred to the pot. So: in oil fry onion, put the minced meat and fry with onions. As soon as the juice evaporates, add the ground chilli and ground paprika, mix quickly. Add the chopped vegetables, mix well, add tomato paste and stew a minute. At this stage, I shifted in a saucepan filled with hot water.
Cook under a lid for 20-25 minutes until cooked potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste.
Meanwhile, prepare gnocchi - dumplings. Beat egg, add salt, add half a Cup of water - whisk. Gradually add the flour, I added about 7 tablespoons. The dough should be not much thick, but not liquid - like thick cream.
Using a teaspoon, make gnocchi-dumplings: dip the spoon in the soup, scoop the dough, put it in the soup and so spent all the dough. Cook 5-7 minutes, the dumplings very airy, soft for this recipe.
Chopped parsley to add at the end of cooking or to the plate it. Important! This recipe is presented as sharp, but everyone adjusts according to your taste. I put the burning ground pepper not the full two teaspoons and black pepper is not added.
