Cottage cheese

  • Milk

    1.5 l

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp


Milk (1 liter) pour into the jar. Add sour cream and put the sour in the heat. After about a day the mixture will turn sour.
In a saucepan, pour 0.5 liters of milk, bring almost to a boil and pour our kefir. Tormented over low heat for 15 minutes, close the lid (I left for the night, because it was later in the evening)
Pour gently into a colander with a cheesecloth. Hung and allowed to drain the serum 1-2 hours. Serum not pour - use in cakes or drink, especially useful in the morning on an empty stomach! All! Delicious cheese is ready!
