I found the website a lot of salads with cucumbers, but this recipe is not found, so I decided to share. This is another recipe from the recipe collection of wonderful St. Petersburg chef Ilya Lazerson. The salad can be made in a few minutes, but, with its simplicity, has a very fresh taste that goes well with grilled fish and meat. In addition, it looks quite original and can be a decoration of any table.

Cooking
Take a fresh cucumber - long. For two servings we use about half, but immediately cut is not necessary - so it will be easier to work with him

The core with the seeds is cut into thin sheets with a knife. When done arrange the strips of cucumber in a bowl
Take the dill and finely chop it.
Add the dill to the bowl with the cucumber and gently mix with your hands. Once the salad is not necessary, otherwise it will let the juice and become flabby - especially since the dressing is very simple
To serve, lay out portions of salad into bowls, sprinkle with salt, sugar and sprinkle with vinegar. Gently stir
