Three or four years ago, I invented a salad with your favorite products son. As he appeared before the new year, gave the name without further ADO "For new year's table". Cod liver oil to get from the banks and stretch. Oil does not pour, they are going to salad. Mix cod liver boiled rice.
Egg boil hard boiled, cool, clean. Two eggs grate. Add to the rice with cod liver.
Cucumbers grate on a coarse grater. Add to bowl with other ingredients.
In a bowl, mix the greens with cod liver, rice, egg and grated cucumbers. Season to taste with salt and fill with oil from canned (or vegetable oil). Transfer to a bowl.
Remaining egg mashed with a fork into a saucer. Sprinkle the salad on top, garnish with greens. Bon appetit!
