Chocolate milk

Yolk egg

Butter
25 g

Cream
1 Tbsp

Almonds
50 g

Cognac
2 Tbsp

Cocoa powder
Cooking
Yolk to whisk, add the cream, brandy, almonds, butter, mix well.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Add in the cooked chocolate mass, mix well, remove from heat (with water bath), to cool.
Twist the balls and sprinkle with cocoa.
Produces delicious candy. I don't have time to spin the balls, disappear in the moment!
