Cooking
Tomatoes pour over boiling water, peel, cut into slices. Onions, petiolate celery, carrot cut into slices. Add all the ingredients of the soup in the pot, add water. Water should slightly cover the vegetables. Simmer vegetables until tender. Add salt to taste and black pepper, at the end of quenching add the tomato paste (1 teaspoon)
The vegetables cool down, blend it.

In a pan, add shrimp, add soy sauce TM Kikkoman (light).
Fried shrimp in soy sauce until Golden brown.
