Potatoes with sauerkraut and potatoes with mushrooms - a culinary classic of the genre. In this salad they are connected. At the same time offer another version of pickled mushrooms for this recipe.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Sauerkraut

    100 g

  • Green onions

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Dill

To prepare this salad the mushrooms need to marinate in advance. Recommend doing more as they are delicious in and of themselves, as an appetizer. Mushrooms wash and cut into plates. Boil 5 minutes in boiling water, recline in a colander.

Add the warm mushrooms vinegar and soy sauce, Kikkoman. Sprinkle with freshly-ground mixture of peppers.

Finely chop the garlic and green onions with the white part, add to the mushrooms, stir, leave to marinate, preferably overnight.

Potatoes boil "in uniform", cool, peel, cut into cubes.

Add sauerkraut.

Add pickled mushrooms (without the marinade).

Saut oil, aromatic sunflower better, put melkorublenoy dill. Stir.
