Vegetable soup with dumplings
Make a fragrant soup. You can add vegetables according to your taste. My son loves dumplings, but in this soup they like him a lot more than just boiled.

Ingredients

  • Water

    3 l

  • Chicken thigh

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Dumplings

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Dill

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Chicken thighs boil until tender. Remove from broth. To separate the meat from the bones. Arbitrarily cut it or break it. Return to the broth. Onions and carrots to clean. Onion cut into cubes.

Carrots grate on a grater.

Peppers cut into cubes (I have two colors).

Two arrows of celery cut into palusible or cubes. Garlic peel, finely chop. All the vegetables and fry with vegetable oil for 15 mins on medium heat.

Tomatoes cut into cubes (if desired, remove their skins). Add to the vegetables. Simmer 5 min.

Replace the vegetables into the boiling broth. Cook for 5 min. At the end add the finely sliced dill, salt and pepper to taste. For filing a soup: Pour a portion broth-bases in another pan, bring to a boil. Add the dumplings to taste. Cook until they are ready.
