Description

German hunting salad
Warm potato salad is my weakness since 80 years, we lived-he served in Germany. Potato salad - German classics. Potato salad with mayonnaise is most common in Northern Germany. In the southern regions instead of mayonnaise, use a vinaigrette dressing made from vegetable oil and vinegar. These salads are very filling, but what else can be better in the fall, they fully replace the second for lunch and dinner. For advice I would like to thank Nina-barska.

Cooking

step-0
Potatoes (small tubers) well my and put on to cook in a "uniform". It is better to take varieties that don't fall apart. While cooking the potatoes, prepare the salad dressing. Take the mayonnaise with quail egg from "Mahe".
step-1
According to the original recipe to mayonnaise add sour cream, mustard, vinegar, svezhemoloty a mixture of peppers and salt. Instead of vinegar I added the marinade from the cucumbers (from fungi), although the acid in the dish are enough. The salt in these dishes also do not put.
step-2
Ready potatoes from peel. I have a variety Andretta, she always fall apart, even if not cook a little longer her. Cut the potatoes in circles.
step-3
Hot potatoes pour mayonnaise dressing. Stir.
step-4
Red onion cut into half rings, cucumber strips, mushrooms into halves or quarters.
step-5
Add the mushrooms, cucumbers and onions to the potatoes. Also add finely chopped any herbs, I have cilantro, stir.
step-6
Hunting sausages fry in a grill pan. I have the mini sausages. If you have a long sausage, then cut into 3-4 cm
step-7
Put the potato salad on serving dish.
step-8
Put on top of sausage, sprinkle with freshly-ground mixture of peppers and serve immediately. Bon appetit!
