Simple in execution, useful, diet soup. I think, like your family at the cottage.

Cooking
For cooking take the "Hercules" from traditional "Mistral".
Spinach leaves, thoroughly rinsed.
Cut spinach strips.
Potatoes and carrots wash, peel, cut into cubes or cubes.
Into the broth put carrots and potatoes, bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes. Added "Hercules" from traditional "Mistral". Bring to a boil.
Put the chopped spinach, salt, svezhemoloty a mixture of peppers, bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes.
Serve hot soup with sour cream and herbs. Bon appetit!
