Cooking

step-0
So, first we need to prepare the chicken. It would be good to marinate for a few hours, preferably overnight, but I chicken required urgently :-D , so I was in a hurry. Chicken (small, 1-1. 1 kg), wash, carefully inspect for any extra feathers (because we don't eat, and the producers accuracy in recent times do not differ), especially in the chicken's "armpit" :-D. Now it's time to cut the brisket like "tobacco".
step-1
For the marinade I mixed the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard (Bavarian sweet) and salt. She slathered the chicken and put aside time to "rest" for 15 minutes while preparing "slide" ;-) If you decide to cook, you can use any of your favorite marinade ;-)
step-2
1 Cup of rice, rinse and put to boil in salted water until soft. 2 onions and 1 carrot, quickly fry in vegetable oil on high heat.
step-3
Mix the rice and roasted vegetables, pepper ground pepper blend. If necessary, it needs more salt. Protiven grease with vegetable oil, from rice to form a "hill."
step-4
On the hill to put on top of our chicken. It is imperative that it fully covered the slide, otherwise the rice will burn and become dry.
step-5
In the preheated oven, put the chicken on the hill. It remains the most difficult is to wait for it to cook, and scratches soaked chicken juice :-P when the chicken is done to define the eye! (or stick a knife if the juice is clear... okay, I won't, I won't :-D ) the Finished chicken remove slides, cut into portions. Serve with rice (slide).
