Cooking
Potatoes thoroughly wash, slightly drizzle with olive oil and on a baking sheet.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until Golden brown. Once during this time, the potatoes need to flip to evenly crusty.
Mix mustard, mayonnaise and olive oil.
There also add the chopped garlic and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper, stir until smooth.
Peel the potatoes and cut into quarters or halves, depending on size of potatoes. If potatoes are very small, can be put entirely. The original recipe uses young, small potatoes that are not clean and put whole. The resulting sauce to pour over baked potatoes. Mix well. Ready! Serve cold.
